Here's a Brief Overview of Our Customization Process:

1) E-mail us a photograph or sketch of your desired style; including the specifications of the gemstones and precious metal you want to use. Once we have all the necessary information we will give you a quote.

2) Once you approve the quote we will require you to make a minimal deposit.

3) Our designers will then translate your concept into a 3-Dimensional Computer Generated Image. You will be able to preview & approve an image that will reflect what the finished piece will look like. You will have the opportunity to make modifications if desired.

4) Upon approval, we will cast the piece in the precious metal of your choice. (Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Palladium).

5) The casted metal will be cleaned, check polished.

6) The gem stones will be set. After passing a quality check.

7) During the whole process of custom designing you are open to communicate with JBDiamonds Inc. designer and production manager directly to have your questions answered.

8) We deliver to you free of charge. Our main goal is your 100% satisfaction and that in return you will be happy to recommend us to your friends and family.
